Dynamite Yoga offers a group of talented instructors with decades of full experience in a variety of meditation classes and yoga styles such as Ashtanga vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, Yin, Anusara, Kundalini, Pranayama, and Sivananda.
One of our talented instructors, Ashley and her boy friend John have been teaching yoga for more than 15 years. Ashley is known for her powerful and skillful practice and she is a revolutionary when it comes to understanding the connection of mind, body and the spirit. Ashley has led over 5000 hours of yoga teaching training courses and teaches some of the most intelligent and inspired yoga classes.
