Dynamite Yoga offers a group of talented instructors with decades of full experience in a variety of meditation classes and yoga styles such as Ashtanga vinyasa, Bikram, Kundalini, Yin, Anusara, Kundalini, Pranayama, and Sivananda.
Anya Joined Dynamite Yoga around 2010. Anya focuses on Kundalini Yoga, Live Gong Meditation class, reiki circle and breath circle for transformation and self-discovery. Before her journey towards mindfulness and self-discovery, Anya suffered from panic attacks, anxiety and stress. But 15 years of practicing yoga and meditation has helped Anya to overcome her mental and physical stress and find a way towards healing, mindfulness and self-discovery.
